Bad Girls Don’t Die has a cover--and it’s beautiful!  Hyperion designer Elizabeth Clark is responsible for the lovely image.

March 2008:

Bad Girls Don’t Die is out of copyedits and into the layout phase!  There is also a cover in the works.

February 2008:

We have a new title--The Girl Least Likely is now officially called Bad Girls Don’t Die.  To celebrate this momentous decision, I have changed the ringtone for my editor and agent to the song “Big Girls Don’t Cry”.

January 2008:

The book formerly known as The Girl Least Likely officially goes into copyedits!  Woohoo! 

May 2007:

My editor at Hyperion decides to pursue a career in another facet of the writing world.  I get a new editor and a new release date--Winter 2009.

November 2006:

Hyperion Books for Children acquires North American rights to The Girl Least Likely, with an expected release date of Fall 2008--later moved to Spring 2008.

June 2006:

Literary agent Matthew Elblonk agrees to represent The Girl Least Likely.
